Returns & Refunds
We keep it simple. In the very unlikely occurrence that you are unsatisfied with your watch or there are damages, we offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee.
If you are not happy with an item you’ve purchased or received a defective or damaged item, just email us your item photo and a brief description of the issue to email@example.com. Once your email is received and case inspected, we will be touch with further instructions.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time per our SHIPPING POLICY page (not including the 2-4 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- We do not have any control if your item is held in customs for any reason. Note: We’ve never encountered this problem.
- We are not responsible for natural disasters or any delays with the shipping company once your order has been shipped.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return, refund or exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item. Once the refund is approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
